I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled since I was so happy with the results. I worked with Fairfax floors in Sarasota to put COREtec HD Luxury Vinyl flooring over old ceramic tile in our entire house (~1800 sq ft). We fretted for months if this was the right thing to do before we decided to go ahead. Results?... absolutely gorgeous! Excellent quality of workmanship - corners, difficult areas, round areas, uneven door jam areas, etc. Tyler and his team were top notch, and he paid attention to every detail. See my pics. Couldn't be more satisfied! It has that "walking out onto a pier over the water" look and feel! Should have done this years ago.

We just moved into a previously owned home. The home had tile and carpeting. We were going to rip out the tile and put different tile down and add wood flooring. Fairfax suggested we look at their Vinyl product. I know the word Vinyl strikes images of large rolls of cheap plastic flooring with hideous mosaic patterns. They showed us some samples of the Vinyl plank flooring and we were sold. They did our entire home in just six days and that includes corner round. The floor looks beautiful and you cannot tell it from wood flooring other than it doesn't scratch and is much softer under your feet. The installers were great. Jeff and Chuck did a wonderful job. They were on time, worked hard and did a great job.

Building a new home can be very stressful but Fairfax Flooring made this part of the process very easy. Conor was so attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond in accommodating our timeline.
